Apostille for Mississippi Death Certificate

Mail the form with a check or money order their Ridgeland Office at 222 Marketridge Drive.


Order on-line or by phone from a private vital records service, using a credit card.



Come in person to their Ridgeland Office at 222 Marketridge Drive. between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You may pay by cash, check, money order, or credit card/debit card. The record will be mailed within 7 to 10 business days of ordering.
